At iGeek Megastore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange most electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Log into your iGeek account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and generate your RMA number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
